The Elder Law Practice of Timothy L. Takacs is staffed with experts who are ready to meet your needs.  Our staff includes:

• One Certified Elder Law Attorney
  
• Ten non-legal employees, including a Medicare and health insurance specialist with 20 years of experience in the field
  
• Four Elder Care Coordinators (two are Registered Nurses, one is a Certified Master Social Worker, and one is a former district long-term care ombudsman)
  
• One public benefits specialist who assists clients in the Medicaid application process and has extensive experience in social work and health care administration
