Receptionist Hope Campbell is usually the first person clients interact with when they call or visit the Johnson McGinnis office. In addition to greeting visitors, Hope confirms meetings, proofs and prints signing documents, manages the mail, and handles other administrative duties.

Before joining Johnson McGinnis, Hope worked as a surgery coordinator for a pain clinic in Mt. Juliet and as a scheduler for a spine, joint, and neuromuscular rehabilitation center in Nashville. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.

What does Hope enjoy most about her role at Johnson McGinnis? “I love interacting with the people,” she said. “At my old job, I used to work from home, so there was always a screen between me and everybody else. At Johnson McGinnis, I can see people and ask them how they are and make them feel welcome.”

 

When Hope isn’t serving Johnson McGinnis clients, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, and spending time with family.
