We would like to welcome Sara Barbour to the Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law team. As one of the firm’s paralegals, Sara provides legal support to attorneys in estate planning, trust, and asset protection matters. She meets with clients, handles document signings, and coordinates the activities needed to complete the set-up and funding of trusts.
Sara is a Gallatin native who graduated from the paralegal program at Volunteer State Community College. She brings eight years of paralegal experience to the firm.
Sara appreciates helping families form a comprehensive estate plan that helps to mitigate the risks of an unforeseeable future. “My experience as a paralegal has taught me that everyone’s life takes different turns at different times,” Sara said. “One can plan for the future, but nothing is guaranteed.”
When she is not assisting Takacs McGinnis clients, Sara enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children.
