Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law Named to 2024 Best Law Firms List
Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law has been named to the 2024 Best Law Firms list created annually by Best Lawyers®. The firm received a ranking in Nashville in the field of Elder Law. This is the ninth year that Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law has received this prestigious distinction.
Firms included in the 2024 Best Law Firms list are recognized for professional excellence with persistently impressive ratings from clients and peers. Achieving a tiered ranking signals a unique combination of quality law practice and breadth of legal expertise. Rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process. To be eligible for a ranking, a law firm must have at least one lawyer listed in the current edition of Best Lawyers list for their location and specialty. All the attorneys at Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law have been recognized this year by Best Lawyers. Only the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the United States are recognized on this list.
Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law pioneered the Life Care Planning approach to elder law, which features a team of attorneys, nurses, social workers, insurance experts, public benefits specialists, and others who work together to help families deal with the personal, financial, and legal challenges created by long life, long-term illness, and disability. The firm’s innovations have transformed the way elder law is practiced in the United States.
