Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law's website has a fresh new look.
The new site, which went live in early October, is the culmination of many months of hard work. After carefully analyzing our content and how users engage with it, we made some changes. We kept the items that you love most—like the articles, downloads, podcasts, and other information in the Free Resources section—while adding new elements that help showcase the ways we help individuals and families prepare for and navigate the challenges of growing older.

As you scroll down, you’ll see several new features, including information about A Life Care Plan, a new book co-authored by three of our firm’s staff members. From there, you can buy the book online at your favorite retail outlet or click through to learn more.
Scroll down to the next section and you’ll see a video that explains Life Care Planning, the integrated approach to elder law that Takacs McGinnis pioneered in the early 2000s. Since then, more than 300 elder law firms across the country have adopted this integrated planning approach to elder law.
